Returns & refunds
We want you to be happy with every purchase. If something is not right, tell us within 7 days of delivery.
What can be returned
- Products that arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.
- Items must be returned with the original box, accessories, manuals and invoice.
How to return
- Go to My Account → My Orders, open the order and choose "Return order".
- Our team will contact you to arrange inspection and pickup.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
Cancellations
- You can cancel any order before it is shipped, directly from My Orders.
